Arriving at the Ty Capel. A door to the rear of the single storey property opens into a hallway which leads into the cottage's open plan living space. This stunning room shows off the character of the building to its full potential with a high pitched ceiling and exposed wooden beams. The L-shaped kitchen units are in a farmhouse style, finished in a light grey with an oak worktop and large white Belfast sink. There is ample storage space with undercounter cupboards and a dresser style section. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven and electric hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen area, a solid pine farmhouse four seater dining table separates the kitchen from the cosy lounge area. Slate flooring tiles are laid throughout adding character and one wall shows off the exposed stonework of the building, while the remainder of the walls are finished in rough plaster in a neutral colour.
