The unit was fully remodeled last year, including all brand new furniture, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. It is ski-in-ski (50 feet walk to the slope) with a ski locker at the entrance and you can watch the skiers go by from the porch. We have a pool table and have added a Peloton bike with clips and toe cages in case you don't have bike shoes. There is a sauna as well for after skiing or a Peloton ride. We love the place and hope you will too! I think the pictures do it more justice than any description I could offer. Its spacious and well laid out.

Excellent location! Beautiful view of the mountains. Extremely well kept place. Felt right at home. Patrick was a wonderful host. He was very responsive.

What a beautiful condo with spectacular views of seven springs! We stayed with family (6 adults and 2 kids) with room to spare. The hosts thought of everything and we felt right at home. It's located right next to the slopes, so we had no problems walking back and forth. Patrick was very proactive and ensured we had everything we needed before arriving. He's definitely a great host and we would highly recommend staying here! I will point out that the condo is on the 3rd floor, so if you have trouble with stairs it may be a challenge.

The neighborhood/complex offers plenty of additional parking and has access to many bike and walking trails. We are also only minutes away from the ski 7 Springs resort and 20 minutes from Hidden Valley and Laurel Valley resorts (all on Epic Pass). We are also less than a five-minute drive from Highland Sporting Clays, which is considered one of the top shooting clay courses in the country. For summer users, there are also private stocked ponds available for fishing.

出行信息

During the ski season, there are buses from the base of the mountain that drop off within 100 feet of our front door in case you want to enjoy dinner at the resort. There are also plenty of walking and biking trails that are accessible right from the unit.
