Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was spacious and comfortable and located in the PERFECT location - within walking distance to all of Ljubljana's best restaurants and sights but nestled on a quiet street. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. We enjoyed Ljubljana so much and will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Our stay at the apartment was off to a bad start. The key to the apartment was missing from the lockbox and took nearly an hour to get inside - had to use a master key (which is not in a secure place and can be accessed by anyone). The representatives didn’t know what happened to the original key. Had a key copy delivered two days later only to find out it was not the right key. The apartment listed a clothes dryer and they didn’t have one - part of the reason why we booked the apartment was because of the dryer. The apartment felt dirty - stains on the carpet and staircase, shower has mold. We also had to throw away our own trash. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for based on our experience. The stairs to the bathroom upstairs is tricky - not at all accessible for those who have mobility issues. The apartment is spacious and centrally located to all the restaurants and shops but the fact the apartment doesn’t include parking, you’re looking to pay an avg 20euros for daily parking.
This apartment was just perfect for our Mum’s weekend away. Close walk to the centre, a quiet safe location with restaurants and bakery stones throw away. The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos with clean sheets and soft bath towels. The hosts were always quick in their responses and also advised us on local events that may have had impacted road closures. They were friendly and very helpful, highly recommend and would stay again.
Had a really great stay at this pretty and spacious air bnb. It’s not the most accessible as there is no lift and one of the bathrooms is down some very steep steps. The kitchen is also quite small and not the most well stocked but it was fine. The air conditioning downstairs also does not work. We were not given hand towels or bath mats but these were provided when we requested them. The responsiveness of the FLA team was really appreciated and they were very helpful.
