Pictures looked really nice & communication was great. Parking was very tight down an alley to the side of building: made it difficult & unsafe to get on and off the property. Door lock system is a 2-code entry, which is temperamental w/o obvious way to lock them from the outside other than time. Inside is much smaller than the pictures let on. Only decent size room is one w/ king bed. Not enough space for 8 to live comfortably outside of the bedrooms, such as only 6 chairs @ dining table & 1 couch. Small sport table is fun for kids, but makes dining area very tight. Single bathroom is extremely challenging for full capcity rental. Several members of our party were upset @ having to wait to go to the bathroom during the 3-4 hours a days when others were showering/#2. We appreciated the variety of appliances & coffee/tea, & spices provided. Thankful for a text: notified us we left something & to come back. Street traffic & upstairs renters were LOUD! Would not rent this place again.
The internal of the unit was nice, it showed it's age, but other than that it was nice. The location of the unit was not desirable. Driving in at night, I did not feel safe bringing my family into the surrounding area. We did not spend any time in the direct area, any outings we did we left the area completely. The unit was great, just in the wrong zip code. Not worth the cost of the unit.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The pictures are deceiving in regards to space. This is a much smaller space than I had anticipated based on the pictures. They did have a washer (for $4) and free dryer and that was a pleasant surprise. It is located on a busy road with dense population surrounding the area. Overall a good value for the number of folks it can host!
This place was very clean and enough room for my family of 8. Owners were very responsive and helpful. They also went out of their way to mail us something we forgot. Definitely recommend!
