Great little find. My husband and I and our two dogs had a quick trip to the area and wanted something with more room than a hotel stay. Ashley’s place was the perfect fit! Very cute with lots of character. Amenities were as listed. Bed very comfortable, kitchen stocked with your basics needed. No clutter! Lots of room in the backyard for the pups. Ashley was very responsive. Highly recommend. If we are back in the area, would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were at Ashley's place in March while completing the purchase of a parcel of land nearby. We stayed warm and comfortable in this quiet little farmhouse set back from the street. The pellet stove was on when we arrived, and there were a dozen local eggs in the fridge for our breakfast. (We ordered 7 dozen more since we liked them so much.) After spending a couple of days exploring this portion of Northern Maine, we then stayed inside watching movies and cooking during our only snowy day. The house is clean and the bed is comfortable. Ashley was very helpful with recommendations and was always quick to reply. Being able to bring our small dog along for the trip was a big plus. We felt right at home and do plan to come back again. Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful stay in Island Falls!

The perfect winter stay. Beautifully lit up porch, welcoming interior. Pet friendly which was a plus! Ashley was very responsive with any issues. Perfect travel distance with sleds to trails.
