This brand new unit was built to accommodate snowmobilers, hunters, ATV enthusiast, fishing, hiking, and scenic drives! The connector trail to ITS 81 runs right through our yard offering over 4000 miles of ITS. We sit in the heart of zones 5 and 10 with zone's 6 & 11 nearby. We are 24 miles from the North entrance of Baxter state park housing Mt Katahdin well known for its glorious hike & also the northern terminus of the Appalachian trail. Scenic drives abound. THE BEST FOR SPORTSMEN!

These guys are great, and have a great place to stay. It is walking distance to town and right on the trails.
Dwayne and Pati's place was perfect for me and my dogs to visit my daughter up in Maine. It was minutes from her place! Such a nice homey place. It was neat and comfy and we felt so comfortable there. Everything we needed besides food was there. Thank you Dwayne and Pati . We will hopefully be back soon! Sandy
The house was great to snowmobile out of, with direct trail access and plenty of parking. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and had tons of space for our gear to hang and dry. Located right in town, it was convenient to explore, but quiet enough to relax at night. Loved the house and will definitely be back! Dwayne and Pati are great at communicating quickly and openly. Loved it!

We are on private lot with single standing building directly located on Main St. Across the street is a BBQ resturant & laundromat. On the corner is the clam and Ice cream shack (seasonal). We have Deb's Diner and The Hangar restaurants also local, a full grocery store, hardware store, gift shop, and a post office all within walking distance. There is a park across the street with a childrens playground, ball field, a flower garden, and picnic area.
Walking, snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, and/or car will get you where you need to go in record time because we are located in the heart of town.

We are a couple who works hard and likes to play hard as well. My husband Dwayne owns and operates a small auto mechanic garage and I am a registered nurse. We like to spend our free time with our grown children and our 3 young grandchildren along with other family and friends . We are fortunate to live in a vacation-land state that lends itself to fishing, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, motorcycling riding, hiking, not to mention our beautiful rocky coast, hosts of barrier islands, lobster, and so much more to see and do all year around. We enjoy it all. We also share a love for music.... listening, attending concerts, and playing ourselves with other friends. I play mostly the violin and Dwayne is on vocals and guitar. Our latest project is working on our plans for opening a Mexican food restaurant up in Patten Maine which is found at the base of Mt Katahdin, home of the national monument and central to the most beautiful country in Maine where snowmobiling and 4 wheeling is the favorite pastime for tourists and residents alike. I absolutely LOVE sharing the wonders of my now home state with my friends and family who live all over the country and now I'd like to open it up to Airbnb folk who are looking for plain good old fashioned fun and natural beauty with great quarters to stay in while visiting.
