A great place to unwind after a long day at work! Or, work from home in our spacious suite with a king-size bed, desk, tv, and private bathroom. On the west side of Lancaster tucked away in a safe neighborhood only 5 min away from the heart of all the city's amenities, including Target, Walmart, and the Lancaster Blvd. Shared kitchen, living room, and patio available. The washer and dryer are available for use. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. -

The best thing about this place was the location upon arrival the lock didn't have any batteries and the door was open when I got to my room it was not clean after contacting the host he stated he had no idea the room wasn't clean it took him 2 hours to clean the room and he didn't do it really good job at it he didn't change the rugs in the bathroom it did not sanitize the bathroom the bed was made poorly the pillows if you can call them pillows we're really flat I had to fold it to make a pillow there was also a weird smell in the house seems as if it was coming from the refrigerator after communicating this with the house he argued with me he doesn't smell anything and immediately says you can have your money back or you can stay at this point I had no choice because the money isn't refundable immediately so I stayed one week the day of check out The Host made me very uncomfortable while checking out as he stayed around waiting for me to check out and immediately started to take the trash out and gave my son and I a weird look while I was in my car leaving and I was actually so ready to go a week ago I would never stay there again he made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up something was off about this host I just don't know what it was I would never stay there again

Brett’s place was perfect! I had a work trip and booked last minute so Grateful he was super accommodating and helpful! The king size bed was very comfortable. The entrance and check in was easy to find. Bathroom was clean, all towels where clean, and felt safe at his place. Brett and his lovely daughter welcomed me and gave great recommendations for places to grab food. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, quite, and safe place to stay. The welcome message and check in instructions are very clear and easy to follow. 10 Stars ⭐️ Blessings

We are conveniently located to public transportation - near Avenue K and 27th St West. We offer one parking spot in the driveway. Additional street parking is available - however, the guest is responsible to know and understand the parking restrictions (typically, the first and third Wednesdays of each month for street sweeping). We are not responsible for any tickets due to illegal parking.
