Such a cute townhouse! It was perfect for what we needed!

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated home, but it was not clean or well stocked. Minimal small pillows for nice big beds, no sanitary pillow covers, cheap sheets, no bath mats, food splashed up on the sofa upholstery from the floor, and dirty bathrooms. The kitchen was filthy, and we had to clean before it was sanitary—sauce spills in drawers, food on cutlery, appliances and cabinets..The home lacks basic items like a hot water kettle and a strainer/colander for draining pasta. The managing Realty Company told us those items weren’t listed “amenities”—since the homeowners didn’t originally provide them, and we’d have to do without. These tools are used for safely handling hot water, and are basic supplies—not special amenities. The elevator was very finicky and didn’t inspire confidence. It quit working after only one day making it a chore to lug groceries up three floors. There was trash left in cans in the ping pong room, and a rubber glove and other trash in the driveway mulch.
