It makes sense to choose this apartment because of the nice view. Most of the apartments in this gated community have no view at all. I recommend this place for families with kids. The swimming pools are really nice and clean. Normally it’s pretty warm in this part of an island, which is an advantage. You need to be aware that the neighbourhood is not stunning, mostly ugly, huge hotels. If you want to see something nice you definitely need a car. Reading the reviews I had an impression that the pool bar would be much nicer. In reality it’s ok, but I guess the staff would benefit from training on consumer service. On the other hand the property managers (the hosts) are great. They communicate very well and give you useful tips, especially on local restaurants. Agua y Sal it’s a must, divine quality and good price.

The apartment was super nice and clean. The location is good if you want to stay in a more quite place. Ana greeted us and was very friendly. Everything went very well. 5 stars and highly recommended.

We had such a lovely week in this apartment. It was just big enough for 6 adults, had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and the pool side bar food and drinks were very nice. Close walk to a small super market, a bit of a longer walk to restaurants but was worth it. All of us would definitely go back to this apartment again.

The place is well located. The complex has all amenities. The apartment is very nice and comfortable for 6 people: the attention from the owners is excellent.
