Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located in an award-winning residential complex, within walking distance to the beach, and surrounded by exotic, lush gardens, our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment promises you the escape of your dreams. Split on 2 levels, it has access from outside at both of them. Main entrance at ground floor - bedroom, bathroom with tub, livingroom with open kitchen and terrace. Going down the stairs, another bedroom with en-suit bathroom and outside terrace and secondary exit door. The washing machine is at the downstairs level.

Grosszügige Wohnung auf 2 Stöcken mit 2 Badezimmern in einer abgeschlossenen Privatanlage. Küche ist relativ klein hatte aber das Nötigste. Privatparkplatz war in der Tiefgarage. Poolanlage (beheizt) war angenehm. Leider gab es zu Fuss keine (für uns) brauchbaren Strandabschnitte, da in dieser Gegend alles felsig. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch innerhalb 10-15 Min. an einem Sandstrand. Wir kamen erst um 00:50 an. Ana hat uns nett empfangen und kurz eingewiesen. Check out ist auch unkompliziert. Schlüssel einfach in entsprechenden Briefkasten deponieren.

Our stay was everything and more!! The hosts were amazing with excellent communication and even sent a full guide to Tenerife before arrival. The host met us at the location for check-in and also gave us a full tour of the property. The property was so well kept and aesthetic, equipped with pools and a poolside bar/restaurant with great prices and yummy food. The beach was just a short walk and the surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful. The room was very large with 2 patios, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We chose to rent a car for ease of transportation around the island and there was a designated covered parking spot underground included in the stay. I could not recommend this stay more and it was truly the best!!
great host and apartment. Apartment was in a great location, and very comfortable. The actual apartment looks better in person than the photos. really responsive host and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend. 😊
My friends and I had an amazing experience at Paradise Homes. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was very clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. The host was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. They even assisted us in booking a taxi back to the airport. The on-site restaurant served delicious food. I would rate our experience a 10/10.

Beautifully located in the sunniest part of Tenerife, where the good weather stays with us throughout the year, Playa Paraíso is a relaxed neighbourhood surrounded by gorgeous landscapes, 5-star hotels, and the superb coastline, with the closest beach, easily reached after 5 minutes of walking.
While not secluded, with a few local restaurants, diving center, massage parlor, a mini-market and a hairdresser right around the corner, the area is tranquil. So, to make the most of our beautiful island, we suggest renting a car, especially if you want to explore its beaches, national parks, and hidden gems. Famed beaches and resorts like Playa del Duque, Fañabé, Las Americas, and Los Cristianos can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
To reach the best spots in Tenerife, we advise you to rent a car. For your comfort, private parking for one car is available. And, with the bus stop located only a few meters away from the complex, public transportation is also possible.
