Fun, funky vintage homes and art abounds in the historic Jefferson-Westside neighborhood! It's colorful both in the character of the neighbors and the beautiful flower filled gardens if you are lucky enough to visit while Spring is in full bloom.
As the original beginning of what was once known as Eugene City, we think this neighborhood is truly the best, you can take a quick walk in any direction and find something fun to do, there is literally magic right around every corner!!
We just love our historic building, and it is our pleasure and privilege to be able to continue working to help make her sing and shine in all her radiance. Thank you for your effort in helping to support the important preservation of this glorious piece of our city's past!

Private covered parking on site, on major bus lines and extremely walkable, easy access to grocery, restaurants, drug stores and parks. We've got amazing running/jogging trails nearby, blocks from the base of the Butte, Rose garden walking trails and Eugene's many bike paths too!

Two of the three units are UPSTAIRS with balcony courtyard view.
There is a parking lot just to the left of the building and a covered carport at the back and right outside your new kitchen and living room views if you would rather align your larger vehicle parallel with the white building next to us in our private off-street lot.
You are free to park there and come and go as you please, though the driveway is a little awkward so you can also utilize all the plentiful adjacent and free street parking nearby.
