Close to the university! You are also in walking distance of two wonderful cafe/coffee shops and restaurants. This is a three bedroom house (with three queen beds) with full bath connected to a studio apartment with full bath. There is a locking door between (at barn door) that can be open or closed. In the studio there is a queen bed and a trundle set bed. So you can comfortably sleep 10. I have rented the studio for two years now (see reviews) and am offering whole house during the trials!
