Abby's place is cute, a good location and a quiet neighborhood. I stayed here back in 2022 and had a good experience so I didn't look at the reviews before booking this time. This time my experience wasn't quite as good. The bed in the master is horrible. It's more like a mattress topper on top of box springs and you can feel every board from the box springs. Needless to stay we did not sleep much the first night and ended up sleeping on an air mattress the second night which was more comfortable. We also saw a few small roaches crawling in the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Both toilets clogged up while we were there. The morning we left, the hall restroom got clogged and overflowed. I reached out to Abby the morning of checkout to let her know that had happened and we got quite a few towels wet when cleaning it up and that I had started them in the washer. I did not receive a response from her.

amazing place and amazing host! Abby was easy to communicate with, always responsive, and the place was perfect for the 4 of us and puppy! Bonus pet friendly, has a yard, and a gate for privacy!

I have NEVER left a negative comment on an air bnb and I have stayed in MANY around the world. That being said, this air bnb is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Walmart and some restaurants. It’s a cute place that has great potential. However, the bed in the master bedroom does not qualify as a bed. It does NOT have a real/proper mattress. You can literally feel the boards from the box spring in your back. The spare room has a day bed and it is extremely loud & uncomfortable. Definitely not large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. I’m not even going to mention the pillows. Just bring your own. No iron/ironing board, but I purchased both and left them there for the next guest. I don’t need an air bnb to be perfect or have everything, but decent and comfortable beds is a must. There were other issues, that I will not list, so we vacated the property as soon as we found another place. Abby did give us a refund for 2 nights. For that I was grateful.
