We also have a land care taker, Edwin, that lives on site and he would be able to assist you with any emergencies. We strive our best to make your stay pleasant. Property has security cameras and solar flood lights all around for your safety. Please ensure that kids are always escorted by an adult around the premises, especially around the pond area. We also have a couple of construction zones further up the hill top and we request all guests to stay away from those areas. We advise you to stay away from high grass areas to avoid Chigger bites and wear proper footwear. We try to keep all the areas around the house mowed and clear all the time. Avoid going into heavy wooded areas as there could be snakes and other wildlife you might encounter. If you are lucky, you may be able to spot some deer on the property from time to time depending on the season. Please note that this is a mobile home which has been completely renovated inside out. Extra Charges Applicable: $25.00 per extra guest and $250.00 fee if we notice smoking inside the house.
