Do not get me wrong the house was very nice but it was not up to standard. i messaged the host night 1 about all my inconveniences on the app with no response. the hot tub was unusable! the cover was broken causing the water to be super dirty and it was ice cold even when the heater was turned on. there was also trash left in the backyard. When we arrived there was pee on the downstairs toilet and a funky smell. The kitchen floor was sticky, the microwave was dirty, the stovetop was dirty there was trash in the pantry and we had to rewash every single dish before we used it because they were dirty. there was nothing to clean with in the entire house. 2/4 bedroom comforters reeked of pee to the point we didn’t even want to use them. there was only 2 towels in the entire home for a 2 night stay of 4 people. the projector kept shutting off so we couldn’t even use it. broken bed frames that ended up falling and we had to put back up and broken stairs at the top and bottom

Do not choose this house or host for your stay. Everything was broken (fridge/freezer broken, hot tub unusable/broken, ALL game room amenities broken, gross kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, stove top, oven), holes in the walls, and an odd smell. To top everything off, the heat went out midway through our stay and we had to end our reservation early and book hotel rooms. The host, Lortavius, refused to claim responsibility for any of the broken amenities by claiming it was “out of his control”. When asked for a refund he argued that he “literally tailored and catered to my needs”- I assume he meant the numerous times he had to send the handyman out in the 2 1/2 days we were there. He even explained the amount of money he spent trying to fix everything for us (?), even though it is HIS property and everything should have been working properly (as listed) in the first place. Worst experience- on my birthday! I will not use Airbnb EVER again purely based on this awful experience.
