Brian was great! Always responsive and an amazing host! He really went way above and beyond to help us when we needed extensions for our stay as well and that meant the world to us that he did. The place was what it says it is. The property itself however, was extremely disappointing. Not the Air BnB side of it but the rentals side of it through MPL Rentals there. They did zero in terms of managing the place, sadly. Random non residents doing laundry there so often during our stay, a woman sleeping in her car in the parking lot every couple of weeks, and even a resident that had 2 and sometimes up to 4 vehicles all parked in the lot there and nothing was done about any of these concerns when letting MPL Rentals know about it. They do have cameras on the property but seem to be just for show more than helping MPL manage the place.

Brian was a fantastic host, very helpful, responsive and the room was exactly as listed. The laundry and designated parking was very convenient and my stay as a whole was great. I highly recommend!
