This space was exactly what we were needing for our trip to Ephrata. Laundry and relaxation were the order of the day. A quiet neighborhood and breakfast from our hostess. What’s not to love?

Nancy was very responsive and friendly. The WiFi was spotty and was not working even with boosters present and Nancy looking at her end, we’re not sure what the problem was. We thought there may be other options for breakfast including eggs per the pictures presented. However, the baked oatmeal was very delicious and surprisingly was plenty to eat for both of us despite appearance. The rooms were very neat, quaint, and clean; however, it did smell of moth balls and I have a little sensitivity to smells being pregnant currently. We loved that we were able to book just 1 night instead of requiring 2 nights. Overall a great experience for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy's. The place was inviting and comfortable. Nancy was very responsive to our inquiries. She also made us delicious breakfast dishes, which she left in the refrigerate the night before that we could heat up in the morning. We hope to return to Nancy's whenever we happen to go back to the Lancaster area in the future.

Absolutely the most adorable rental I've ever stayed in on this platform so far. The attention to detail - from the glass bottle collection in the kitchen window to the warm recessed lighting in the ceiling - was amazing. Nancy was a friendly and gracious host. We felt cared for from the snacks to the facts (pamphlets, guidebooks, and magazines about the area). Would definitely stay at Holly House again!
