First, I would love to call out Monica for being a pleasure to talk to. She is friendly, approachable, and hilarious. She is as a what many in this business should try and strive for. Quick customer service, the ability to react to potential issues, and most importantly, humans, which is, in my opinion, a dying idea. The house is in great condition and is newly renovated. Between the three of us staying at this location, there was plenty of room to be comfortable. If I had to complain, I would only dare pick on the speed of the internet downloading because I'm gamer. Aside from that, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and I will be recommending Monica to anyone moving forward. Thanks, guys!

The place was so peaceful,really my wife love this house,neighborhood is very quiet and friendly I think Monica’s home is the best she is a very responsible host, every time she help us, connected with us i want to say if someone plan go to vacation,you will go there because the house is so modern super clean after all I like this trip,really thank you so much for everything

I stayed for 13 weeks, so definitely felt like home. Love that it has its own driveway and washer/dryer. Neighborhood is quiet and literally right off I75, so easy access ! Home is beautifully remodeled, with lots of room. Beds are super comfy!

Monica was an excellent host. The house had all of the amenities you could ask for. Any issues that arose in our stay she responded quickly and made sure we were taken great care of. The place is incredibly adorable and is only a few minutes from the cutest eateries and shops in Ferndale.
