Relax in this quiet non-smoking place. High-speed WIFI and Roku smart TVs offer everything you need for business or entertainment. 20% special discount for one month booking. This property is close to many restaurants, HEB, Walmart and shopping malls. Hobby Airport 20 min., NASA 25 min., NRG Stadium 25 min., Galveston 45 min. The location of this property is between HWY 288 and I-35, located on a 3 acre lot. Free parking. Parks and trails are nearby. For your convenience and safety, the property is deep cleaned and sanitized before every booking; all areas and items are washed and sanitized. The open space between the living room, dinning room, and kitchen makes it a welcoming place. Not only is the bedroom comfortable and cozy but you will also find the restroom inside the room for more privacy.

Wonderful and relaxing space! The place was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable-- needless to say we slept amazing! In addition, the hostess, Exie, was so friendly and kind, and very responsive! We had a wonderful time, and will definitely come again 😊

The Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium is one block away with state-of-the-art cardio & strength training equipment, group fitness classes , full locker facilities and, a variety of activities for a minimum daily fee.
