Great place. Had everything we needed. Shay approved very quickly and was very responsive. We were so thankful for quick approval. Shay was an EXCELLENT host. Will book here again.

The stay overall was great. Nice & clean. However there was an issue with the stove. There was no note saying the eye on the stove was broken. The fire department had to be called (due to gas leaking) and the owner had a horrible attitude about the situation. We felt the incident could have been handled better when we reached out to the owner.

I rented Shay's house for my employees on a nearby work project. They like how clean it is and spacious for their personal time. We ended up renting it for a month for the duration of their job.

February 2023, party of 5. Kitchen counters & table had sticky residue. There was only ONE cereal bowl & ONE small salad bowl, had to buy 4 bowls to eat soup. Not enough eating utensils provided. No blankets on one of the beds, just sheets and a thin bedspread. Barely enough towels. Linen closet had worn towels, but they smelled terrible. Only one very bright overhead light in living room, could use a few lamps. No coffee table in the living room and only two small lamp tables - where were the 5 of us supposed to put our coffee cups? Only two very uncomfortable couches in the living room: totally inadequate seating. Kitchen & dining room tables were fully set: plates and glasses were dusty. Inadequate outdoor seating as well. Nice things - the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and neighbors very friendly. A few miles from restaurants & shopping, but that’s why it was quiet. Owners very pleasant. Hot tub was pre-warmed. Beds were comfortable.

The neighborhood is a quiet, residential community which felt very safe. Upon pulling up to the house, it was cute and just as the picture depicted. I had to add the app in order to open the door but that was fine. Upon opening the door, you are greeted with beautiful decor in the formal dining room. It smelled fresh and inviting. The kitchen had an island which I loved because I’m a serious cook and I need space to cook. The living room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I’d have is the sofa cushions would sink when you sat on them and I’d constantly have to pull them out. The bedrooms were cute and clean. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and there plenty of towels in the storage closet. The beds were soft and cozy. The jacuzzi took a bit to warm up but we enjoyed it. We took advantage of every amenity this house had to offer, including the trampoline in the backyard. We will definitely come back to stay here in the future.
