The home chosen in Houston, TX at — 12708 Sydenham Hill Lane, Houston, TX 77047 Was a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. We throughly enjoyed the location and the amenities provided. The appliances were new and up to date and the pool was divine. I will recommend this location to all my associates and friends. I was also very pleased with the service from The owner. She was not only a delight but was always readily Available to answer any questions we had. On a scale of 1-10, this home would definitely rate as a 10! Thank you for a beautiful stay and we will most definitely keep this location as a top pick if we ever were to come back!

We often rent from Airbnb. This was, by far, one of the best homes we stayed at. The home is exactly as the photos indicated. The pool was beautiful and the kids enjoyed it so much. The yard is completely fenced and very private. Loved the backyard. The home was spotless, including the bathrooms and kitchen! The furniture is very comfortable and clean. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfy I asked the host what kind of mattress it is!! We rented a car to get around, but it is convenient to the highways and centrally located to get around the city. We did uber once and that was fine too. There is a Starbucks nearby so that’s good! The neighborhood is new and very walkable. The host was gracious and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall I would 100% highly recommend this Airbnb if you visit Houston.

The home is beautiful when you first arrive. However, there are only two forks in the kitchen, no mixing bowls, very few pots and pans for cooking, and just missing the staples that make an air bnb a home away from home. We found blood stained sheets in the master bedroom, and one of the other beds had collapsed springs so there was a large crater in that bed. When we booked the heated pool was not advertised as optional so we were not prepared for the additional charge when we inquired about it. We had to purchase additional plastic cutlery, trash bags and large mixing bowls in order to prepare our meals and properly clean up after our stay. The toilet paper holder in the half bath downstairs is not secured property so the roll falls off as soon as you touch it. The couch in the living room does not connect in the middle and one of the legs on that sofa is broken. This home has so much potential, it just needs more attention to detail for those looking for a home when they travel.
