We had such a nice time at Sarah’s little cabin! We enjoyed campfires in the peaceful quiet, listened to a loon and some barred owls, and walked down to see the pond. It’s close to Belfast, where we went shopping and visited a brewery, and it’s got a few good fishing spots nearby. The bed was so comfy and the outdoor shower was divine!

Remote, peaceful, quiet. This was my second visit and the cabin was just as delightful this year. Lovely and restorative ...just what I needed.

Secluded cabin full of the sounds of nature. The cabin was hot this time of year without much circulating air upstairs. We really enjoy cooking and would have loved to have some more amenities to allow that (spices, oil, etc). Bring your own if you want to cook up some of that lovely Maine seafood. The shower was lovely!!!

We loved our stay at the cabin!! It was peace and private and quiet with many nearby hikes and Sandy Pond nearby. The outdoor shower was wonderful - we brought our own shampoo and conditioner but the towels were fluffy and abundant. The outhouse might not be for everyone if you are used to a flushing toilet, but it worked for our needs. Bring a flashlight or lantern to make any night time trips to the outhouse, and if you are sensitive to morning sunlight in the morning, do what we did and bring an eye mask- perfect! The mini fridge worked very well for our meals and the solar panel powered lights were great. The firepit was really fun too. We miss it already and will definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay for my fiancé & I ! we loved every second! make note that we are both very outdoorsy, and even with that the outhouse was little primitive for us, but otherwise an incredible stay!
