Location is the best. Everything is walkable and close. The place is as described and was clean. The only negative is the construction going on right outside the window. Workers started yelling and banging hammers at 7am each morning. Made for a good reason to get up, have a cup of coffee and go for a walk.

Phenomenal location. No parking on site but easy to find garages. The apartment itself is on a main road, so kind of loud on weekend party nights. The apartment is older and feels like a college apartment. Could use some refreshed paint, the windows screens were torn so when we opened the windows, bugs could get in. Whoever lived there prior was obviously a cigarette smoker and the smell lingers. There were attempts to cover the smell with really strong, noxious air fresheners that smelled like bad men's cologne. We had to unplug as that smell was worse than the cigarettes to us. Bed was comfortable and clean, kitchen seemed fine but we didn't cook because there are so many great places to eat in Athens! We paid about $800 for the weekend (not a home game weekend), for what we got I think that price was high and we wouldn't stay there again for this price. But the location can't be beat, I think if it was a little bit less expensive we would definitely stay again. Host was responsive.
