We were four alumni in town to attend the annual G-day weekend. We chose this property given its proximity to our friends house, located across the street. The townhouse is somewhat dated and with a little help on the part of the host, could be a fantastic place to spend a few days in Athens. It was very quite during our stay (day and evening). There is a park just north of the property for morning of afternoon walks, so a definite bonus. Five Points is a good 20-25 minute walk, but doable. If you need to get to the UGA campus, you're there in less than five minutes. The host was great at communicating and gave us clear directions on how to get inside.

Great spot, especially if in town for an event. Easy check in. Clean and accommodating for couple of nights stay. All needed amenities.
