The large open floor plan comfortably hosts up to 6 people, and includes a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, 3 king-sized beds, a dedicated work-space with high-speed internet, on-site washer and dryer, and cozy backyard seating area. This newly renovated luxury home is conveniently located in the heart of Five Points in Athens and is only a short walk to the UGA campus, Greek life, Milledge Avenue and Prince Avenue. Extremely nice, newer construction which is very conveniently located to walkable restaurants, coffee, and most importantly ice cream! Close to campus and only a short drive to downtown. We really appreciated the layout of the house, the tile showers with great water pressure and the fab kitchen. Super great communication from the host! Fantastic place to land for the weekend.
Our stay was perfect. The location near Milledge and Lumpkin made it convenient for the activities we planned for the weekend. The house is beautiful! Our party of 6 was very comfortable and enjoyed the space so much. We will definitely try to stay here again!
We had a very nice trip to UGA for our daughter’s official visit. Stephanie was a fantastic host with outstanding communication. The house was perfect and exactly as described. We will 100% stay again the next time we are in Athens. GO DAWGS!
House was charming, clean and well appointed.
This is one of the best (if not the best!) places we've stayed. We're UGA alum, so this was the perfect place for a mom/daughter/grandson trip. The master on main was spacious and perfect for young kids. The living area was open and we loved all the natural light. We also super loved how easy checkout was. It's so close to 5 points, and we loved all the nearby dining/shopping. Great neighborhood too! We hope to come back soon!

Our beautiful home is located in the highly coveted Five Points area of Athens. Five Points in Athens offers small town charm with its historic architecture, quaint shops and upscale restaurants. Just .6 miles from the UGA campus, it is only a short 12-minute walk to see our GA bulldogs in action or visit your UGA student :) As you stroll around Athens, make sure to visit the local Jittery Joe's for a home-grown cup of coffee and check out many of the neighborhood restaurants along your path, including Marker Seven Coastal Grille, The Expat, Local 706, Slater's Steak House, and Five and Ten.
For quick pick-up (and a break from walking), you can call a Lyft or Uber driver and a friendly Athens
driver will have you to your destination within minutes :)
