Great location and great host

This home was the perfect spot for our weekend in Athens! From the spacious living room to accommodating bedrooms and everything in between, we couldn’t have asked for much more. In addition, the home is in a perfect location that is just a walk / short drive away from everything Athens has to offer. The host was responsive, informative, and gracious throughout our entire stay including check-in and check-out. I can’t recommend this home enough for anyone who wants to get the most out of their time in Athens.

My family and I enjoyed the house. However, the backyard was unbearable, we had wanted to grill but we were unable to do so. The entire backyard was covered with spiderwebs, bugs, the grill was not cleaned. The children’s play area was covered in mud and debris and my grandchildren were unable to enjoy the swing and slide set. I choose this house because of the play area but it was unplayable for them. I mentioned to the host the stains on the carpet by sending photos which I believe I still have. The house itself was beautiful but the backyard was uninhabitable for my family and myself. Hopefully this will be taken care of for the next family. Overall we were pleased with everything but the backyard.
