If you're looking for a place to stay in the Athens area that is close enough to walk to 5 Points, but also located in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood, this is the spot! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were made up nicely, towels and washclothes were laid out, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. The yard is immaculately maintained, and my dogs had a great time watching friendly pups and non-pups walk by. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and the parking is very private. Next time I visit Athens, I'll make a point to see if Meagan's place is available again. Thank you!

Meagan’s place was incredibly charming. Very centrally located. Great neighborhood for walking to a park or restaurants. Beautiful in the spring. Meagan was also incredibly responsive and helpful ahead of and during our stay. Thank you Meagan. Perfect stay!
