Kimberley was an amazing host. Her home was stunning. It was really convenient for me to attend the conference centre and she even upgraded my room at no extra charge. The facilities were fantastic and having the continental breakfast included was a real bonus. Kim was so kind and communicative really made me feel like I was home for the time I stayed. I really recommend this place to visit either Harrogate or if you need a room for the conference centre.

This is a BNB (no breakfast included) in a great area within walking distance of Harrogates' main activities, including shopping, restaurants, Valley Gardens, and Harley Carr gardens. I never met the host as the maintenance man let me in, but he was helpful. A great value for the room! Would recommend.
