Marta was the loveliest host! I arrived on the train and she collected me from the station which was such a blessing. Her apartment is very clean, warm and comfortable. She offered dining suggestions and things to see/do. The private bathroom is really nice. It was too cold to use the courtyard but it was really pretty. I would definitely stay again!

We have had a lovely week staying with Marta in her beautiful apartment. With very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, a pretty private courtyard and a relaxing lounge/kitchen/dining area, we were truly spoiled. This has been a very special stay, with Marta being such an exceptional host, supplying unlimited teas and coffee, suggesting so many interesting places to visit and good local restaurants. Having spent every day exploring both Harrogate and surrounding towns & villages, we would return to a warm and inviting welcome from Marta, eager to hear how our day had been. Our entire stay felt like our home from home, and we would love to return again in the future.

Marta responded to any communication very quickly, nothing was too much trouble. She collected us from the station and offered to drop us off on departure. Her home was clean and comfortable and very well situated, a few minutes walk from the centre of town in a very peaceful courtyard.

Wow! Our stay at Marta’s apartment was nothing short of perfect! A beautifully presented property with all the amenities you’d need. We loved chatting with Marta in the evening (and she even offered us freshly baked macaroons!). Marta is full of knowledge all things Harrogate so we were able to plan our weekend based on her wonderful suggestions. We loved hearing about her travels around the world and we can’t wait to hear about her trip to Malaysia on our next visit (we will definitely be returning!). If we could give you 100 stars we would!
