Brilliant location overlooking Valley Gardens & only 10 minutes walk into town centre. Easy on street parking with slot behind flat. Flat clean. En-suite small but adequate. Kitchen only just enough crockery/cutlery for 4. Internet sluggish. Nice lounge & efficient heating. Location the single best thing !

A great place to stay in Harrogate. Right across the road from the Valley Gardens and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The on-site parking is a big plus

Fourth time we have stayed at this property, comfortable, great location with a short walk into town and nearby restaurants on Cold Bath Road.
