I am still here except my company is paying now. This is an apartment building with someone above and below. It is very loud above me between 11pm and 3am and disturbs my sleep. I have worked hard to have other ambient noise to try and keep it from waking me. The view out the window makes the studio feel really spacious. Parking costs $75 dollars extra per month. You can pay a city parking fee to park across the street that is cheaper or park on the street too (but not during snow emergencies). I bring my own Ikea furniture when I travel because it is more comfortable for me. I also bring a portable oven and all my own pots, knives and cooking utensils. If you are a foodie/chef, I recommend the same. There are limited cleaning supplies. My next door neighbors are very nice. You are close to down town, the river and there are lots of bike paths. During the warm months there is a farmer's market 3 blocks away on Saturdays. There are a number of restaurants and bars nearby.
