I had booked this place VERY last minute because my original accommodations didn't work out when I arrived. Dawn was helpful and quick with getting me setup for a 4 month stay. If I end up working in Joliet again I will be reaching out for my next stay.

Dawns studio B was an excellent choice for my ten day work Trip. Very quiet at night. The place was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. Dawn is very responsive on getting back to massages/questions

Dawn was a fantastic host. She was very kind and responsive in our communications and for whatever questions I had. Place was exactly as listed, fantastic to stay in if you’re in the area for a few days. I wouldn’t mind staying here again or any of Dawn’s other listings in the future.

I’ll be back to enjoy this place for other than sleeping prior to work. And hopefully there’ll be a bbq pit when I get back. Just wish there was a laundry mat or a washing machine and dryer in the same housing. I figured it out and went to wash clothes after work which was close to Morris about 10 minutes away. What I loved the most was the communication to add to my extended stay . Thank you so much
