We had a fabulous stay here! It’s a beautiful villa - spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Bryan and family are superb hosts, everything you need is provided and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The use of kayaks and beach towels/umbrella/chairs was very much appreciated and we would probably have missed out on the Boca Grande beach if we hadn’t had the convenience of these items. We all had a very happy time here.

Coastal Cozy was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Punta Gorda. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood as well as to some nearby attractions. The home itself is beautiful, recently redecorated, and we took advantage of some of the amenities that were offered (pool, some of the beach equipment, sitting on the dock). While we didn't use the kayaks, bikes and fishing equipment, it was really nice that they were there. The location was good for getting to various places around town, and we even headed to the beach at Boca Grande, as well as Fort Myers, both about an hour away. Bryan was a great host - very communicative and quick to respond to questions. The home had lots of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms, which saved us from having to get some supplies at the grocery store. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely consider staying at Coastal Cozy again if our future plans allow. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is a fabulous house. A lot of thought was put into the layout, the features and the decor. You can tell it is a house the owners use themselves; it is comfortable and there are places to be together or be by yourself. It is the best equipped house I’ve stayed in. There was nothing that I reached for or needed that I didn’t find. There were even a couple of things that my sister and I decided we need to add to our kitchens. The location is great. There are plenty of things to do for all ages and interests. There is a wide choice of restaurants nearby. The yard and canal are beautiful. From the minute I arrived, when I found a message welcoming our family to their home, I felt right at home. It’s a great house with a warm and welcoming host. I’ll be back!

We loved the location of this AirBnb- easy to get to get restaurants, beaches, golf, shopping, etc. What stood out the most was the extras that were included in the rental- lots of paper products, spices, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Bean bag toss, pool toys etc. Host was super responsive, which is always appreciated. I'd highly recommend this AirBnB.
