Beautifully done beach house. Stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Theater room is amazing. Amazing water l views. Big enough for the whole family, but cozy feel. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood.

That place was as described she had every little details planned out. I felt like I was home away from. I will definitely book this house again whenever am in the area and I will recommend it as well.

Melissa was super responsive and very helpful. The place is beautiful, and the views are equally as gorgeous. The only thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is very (very) short, and cannot accommodate even a sedan without sticking into the main driveway. The parking below the house was never an issue, and when it was there is street parking at the top of the hill. Another thing to note is that the garage, while spacious, cannot easily accommodate anything larger than a small SUV. If your vehicle sits to high, it will barely clear the garage door mechanism. The garage door is also very slow. I would not let that deter you from booking this house, though. We felt very welcome and enjoyed everything about the house.
