The beautiful Apartment has a sitting/dining room with kitchenette (not for real cooking but great for breakfast/microwave dinner). The bedroom is separated only by a sliding glass door, but with desk space and an *extra-long* bed, excellent (!) for tall people! It has a spacious, very elegant bathroom with glass-separated shower room, all in very good taste with modern fittings. The shower room doubles as a steam bath, but i was so hot (even in February), that I did not try this out :-) There is one real (and good) double bed with good bed linen. The other sleeping space would be the sofa bed in he sitting/dining room. I assume that the third bed would be the mattress on the landing in front of the apartment, but I am not sure where this should be put. The one thing that really made my stay difficult was the noise from the building site because it really sounds as if someone was hammering on the other side of the sitting room wall. Unfortunately, the noise level is unpredictable.

Very tasteful design of apartment with beautiful bathroom as described in the pictures on the profile. Great location, but take the owner's warnings in capital letters seriously, the apartment is actually *IN* a building site and the noises are really loud (mostly hammering that sounds as if it was on the wall of the apartment and the working times are unpredictable. There is really no view, except at the balcony of the neighbours which was ok for me. Aircon and ceiling fans work perfectly, at the beginning there was a mosquito problem, frequent in Pondy, but there were enough pesticide vaporisers to fight the mossies. Personally, I did not appreciate the owner's the owner's "Chat"-style communication with many messages and little substance, but that is perhaps a matter of age and taste. The manager and the cleaning lady are very efficient and fast. Surprisingly, there was a washing machine in the kitchen/salon which helped me. Rental Price is as high as it would be in Germany!!!

Very close to the beach and all best cafe in walking distance. The property was best and highly recommended.
