The Villa has air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor dining area with lush garden, dedicated private parking. The villa features colonial doors, 18-foot ceilings, and limestone construction. Immerse yourself in 7k sq ft of living space near premier attractions. Welcome to our enchanting French colonial villa in the heart of Pondicherry! Accommodation Capacity: Up to 4 guests are welcome, and 1 pet are allowed. Please do let us know specifically during booking about the number of guests and pet. Bedroom Configuration: The villa offers 2 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with twin beds. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, one attached and one separate. Amenities: All bedrooms are air-conditioned, guests have access to Wi-Fi. 2 bottles of water is complementary, we do have a RO filtered water can which can be used as well. Additionally, there's a separate kitchenette with basic cookware & induction stove, electric kettle with some tea/coffee/sugar and an outdoor sit out, dining area. Outdoor Spaces: The villa boasts a large garden at the front with multiple outdoor seating options for guests to enjoy. We also have a terrace, if you are travelling with kids, we strictly advice you to not access the terrace. Services: Housekeeping is available in the morning between 10am to 1pm, the care taker will also visit at 4pm and be there for 2 hours in case of any assistance. Basic beverages/food can be prepared and served to guests at an additional charge. Accessibility: While it may be a bit challenging, the villa can accommodate guests with mobility difficulties. Just the entrance has 1 step, inside the villa there are no steps, wheelchair movement is easy, however, bathrooms do have a step Parking: There is a garage available for parking guests' cars. The guests will have to manage the opening and closing themselves, the care taker can help when he is on the property. Please note - garage entrace is about 90inchesx90inches Booking and Cancellation Policies:** Booking policies follow those of Airbnb. Nearby Attractions: Located in the heart of Pondicherry's French quarters, the villa provides easy access to the best attractions, all within a 5-10 minute radius. Shopping, food, coffee/tea, the main pondicherry beach, museum, churches, everything is within a 10 mins walk This colonial Franco-Tamil villa, constructed in the 18th century, has been meticulously restored to maintain its old-world charm. With 3500 sqft of living space on a 7000 sqft plot, guests can immerse themselves in the vastness of the property, whether with family, friends, or simply to revel in the tranquility and greenery at the heart of the town.

The place is good. Looked exactly like the pictures. I had no issue in communicating with Prriyam. she was very responsive and suggested few local restaurants and things to do. The stay is at the walkable distance from the rock beach. There are plenty of nearby good restaurants. Two suggestions: 1. Would be better if one AC can be installed in the common hall as Pondicherry weather is mostly humid throughout the year. 2. Tackling mosquitoes was tough. Putting all-out and mosquito remover was also not helpful. Need to do something to handle this as this has been mentioned in some other reviews also.
Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in einer der schönsten Straßen von White Town. Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Oase mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend, wir würden es wieder buchen.
As described, it’s an old bungalow and so has the charm associated with such places. Very conveniently located in white town and so everything ( beach, restaurants etc) are all close by and walkable. There were some minor issues which the host offered to immediately attend to/ rectify. It’s was a long holiday weekend when we visited and so entire white town was crowded. Would love to visit during weekdays to better enjoy the neighbourhood.
A lovely place to stay with a large group (family, friends, or both). Highly recommend this place. The house: Very beautiful and well done with wonderful vibes. Very royal, not the kind of homes people from cities get to live in anymore. Three bedrooms, one bathroom inside and one outside. A small kitchenette outside with an OTG, induction cooker, and pots/pans. A garden surrounded two sides of the house and was such a peaceful place to hang out, especially at night with the little path lights. It has coconut, mango, and jackfruit trees, among others. The hosts: Wonderful, accommodative hosts. They let us check in early and that made it so much easy for us. Very quick and responsive. The caretaker is a wonderful person too. The location: Fantastic location in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, right next to the sea and walking distance from many shops and restaurants. If I had the time and money, I would love to live in this kind of house for a year and write a book.
Ultra colonial French type plot in the heart of white town, pondicherry. Mosquitoes might be a bummer but that's much for compensated by the experience and the great restaurants around. An amazing source of recommendations - message Prriyam. Warm and responsive, the hosts are awesome people. Do read about the history of the place and visit the local library. Bread and chocolate was a nostalgia awakening suggestion by the host, let the good vibes resonate via your experience at the place..
