WELCOME TO “Reel Paradise” WHERE Hernando Beach FLORIDA MEETS THE GULF OF MEXICO Welcome to "Reel Paradise," where Hernando Beach, Florida, and the Gulf of Mexico converge. -Guest must be 18+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 5 bed, 3 bath -Keyless entry -7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach -12 min drive Sun West park with - 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bath -Second Bedroom: king, bath -Third Bedroom: king -Fourth Bedroom: queen -Fifth Bedroom: queen Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: step free access shower -Second Bathroom: step free access shower -Third Bathroom: combination shower tub Need to Know -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance above door and another on the garage looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Alan was super helpful and a great communicator! We were in town for a buddies golf trip and the space was perfect for the four of us. There was a lot to do and the location is convenient for excellent restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to get back soon!

My family and I had an amazing time here at this vacation rental . We fell in love with the layout of this house and the decor . Everything was absolutely perfect . The host was very responsive and nice when I had a question . I hope to rent this place again in the future . Thank you so much

Sun West park is a 15 min drive away and has cable wakeboarding and an inflatable park on the water.
