Wow. This place is amazing! We enjoyed our stay at this secluded 5 acres right on the Gulf. Highlights for our family were: paddle boarding off the dock (we brought ours), amazing sunsets over the gulf, jumping on the trampoline, playing basketball, swinging on the swing set.

Location and house are excellent. Amenities are lacking. A house that sleeps 10 has a small dining room table for 4. Large beautiful deck has high boy chairs but a small bar for 3 people. No table on the deck which could fit 2 or more. Don’t plan on dinner overlooking the gulf. Gazebo picture is beautiful but no chairs or tables. All you can do is stand there looking out. No TV instructions. Even with hosts help we could not get it to work. Houses and the grounds are excellent

WOW! WOW! WOW! I have lived and vacationed in Florida for over 30 years and this place was the absolute best property I have ever stayed at. Yeah sure, there are a ton of things to do in the area but why would you? This place has it all. Views, water acces, private property, ton of room for activities and is comfortable for a large group. The main house is a crown jewel from the outside deck, spacious rooms and the large showers. The cottage on the property is ideal for kids or parents to have their own space. Additionally, the management that handles the property are the best I have ever dealt with. Had a minor issue at check in and they were responsive, considerate and quick to handle the issue. I also appreciate the level of professionalism and politeness that has been missing with property management companies in general. This place is worth the money and will not disappoint. Book it and make some memories!!
