Nice house and cottage. The 1-hour early check-in was nice. The screened in porch is very nice and had lots of room to accommodate our large family gathering. The firepit is a great feature. Ashley was very responsive to our requests for additional towels. The donkeys are cute and a nice diversion for the kids. We visited in the spring, when the tree pollen was everywhere, including the patio. As a result, some of the furniture was filthy and needed to be cleaned before we could use it.

Beautiful property, lots of space to relax and take in the fresh air if you have the time. Fire pit area is such a great spot to mingle with family and friends. Animals on the property was a nice bonus! Our family really enjoyed staying on the ranch.

The property is picturesque and peaceful, with room for kids to run around. Really wish I could give 4.5 stars. The main house was big enough to host three generations for Thanksgiving (we even found enough china in the closet for an elegant table). Beds in main house were sufficient, but “beds” in the cottage sadly did not comfortably accommodate our adults. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. There were donkeys and cows and a great fire pit. A lovely place.

We came to the location for our wedding . The property is beautiful, our guests loved the animals and amenities. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The place is very nice, peaceful, serene, laid back. David gave us a personal ATV tour of the land at the end of our stay, which was very informative. We never slept this good until we came to this place even though there is a busy back road close by with quite a few loud bikers passing through day and night. Overall we loved the place and would highly recommend it to others! Thank you David and Renee for giving us this opportunity to stay at your place!
