Sandria Phil’s property manager was very responsive & helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The property itself is beautiful and located right on the river. The house provides everything you need. We kayaked and canoed which was also provided and very convenient. During our week long stay we visited many of the beautiful natural springs. The home is located in the middle of several which is why we picked this location. The kids enjoyed the pool while we were home the only thing is I wish it was heated as they weren’t able to swim long because it was very cold. (Still loved it though) We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful riverfront home. It’s a wonderful location right on the Homosassa river yet convenient to town. We saw manatees right at the dock daily which was amazing! Loved the variety of paddle boards & kayaks that are provided. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught a wide variety of fish. This home was a perfect getaway for our family. It was very clean and well stocked. One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. We can’t wait to visit again!

This is an amazing place, the property is well-maintained and right on the river. We went swimming everyday and saw tons of wildlife, including manatee. Very family friendly and host was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

This is a beautiful spot on the Homosassa River. It’s a peaceful place to relax, and I could have spent all day watching wildlife from the back yard. The birds are incredible, the water is clear so you can see gosh swimming by, and we even saw manatees swim by a few times. We loved the easy access to kayaks and paddle boards and were able to paddle and swim with manatees. The house was as described / pictured, and we appreciated the kitchen supplies and the snacks/wine provided on arrival. Communication was excellent.
