Fabulous home in a great location with amazing amenities. This was our 3rd trip as a family to this home and each time has been wonderful. Diane the host is quick to respond and has everything in perfect order. She checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the dock and under the cabana reading and watching the river. We saw several manatees around the dock. The pool is nice. The grocery store is minutes from the house which is convenient (Winn Dixie). Lots of great restaurants nearby. Kelly's Irish Pub was only 5 min away and had a terrific menu, great service, and great food. Cattle Dog coffee shop is also only a few minutes away and was good. I could continue on so will just wrap up this review and say if I could give this listing more than 5 stars I would!

This was our second time staying at Diane's home and we can't wait to be able to go back again. The location is perfect. There are endless things to do, swimming in the pool, watching manatees from the dock, kayaking, going on the boat (we brought ours), playing pool and enjoying the local restaurants. The house is spacious and has so many different places to relax and hang out

Wonderful water front property. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The outside areas are especially magnificent and let you enjoy the water all day long. They have all the amenities for water activities and inside fun. We really enjoyed the gazebo and sitting on the dock. The manatees were fun to watch. Diane and Leon were great hosts. They responded to every inquiry we had. We would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Fabulous house in a spectacular waterfront location in the edge of a wildlife refuge. We watched manatees cavort daily next to the private dock along with pelicans, osprey, ibis, herons, and so many other birds. The house itself is spacious, and well-decorated with comfortable beds, several living areas and everything you could want for a wonderful vacation. We especially enjoyed the outside gazebo/living area and atrium-like living room. Kayaking among the manatees in the quiet waters in front of the house was truly an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic spot. Maybe the best sunset views on the entire river. Dock and outdoor area are fantastic spots. Everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. Grill with gas, plenty of fridges, ice-maker... its all there. Swimming off the dock is great. Manatee everywhere all day. Diane was a great host. Check in was easy. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to be back again.
