Adam was super communicative and had great tips on things to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated with an amazing review. We spent a lot of time on the water at the nearby Maya Moon lodge.

Me and my sister stayed in Adams place for three days and we were pleasantly surprised on how well kept and inviting the apartment was. The views of the lake were stunning! Worth the trip alone! The only thing I will note that there is no AC but there was a fan available for use. Bedsheets were clean and bathroom was spotless. I cant say enough how helpful Adam was in making sure we had a comfortable stay and easy check-in. I would definitely book the apartment again.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's over the years and Adam is hands down the BEST Airbnb host I've had the pleasure of dealing with, hospitality/guest services is his genuine passion. He is proactive with his communication, thoughtful, very friendly and helpful. He helped with everything from laundry to transport, restaurant recommendations, cleaning and arranging excursions. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. The house is beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable bedding, in a secure neighborhood, with gorgeous views that the pictures don't do justice to. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It's in a quieter small town within walking distance to San Marcos and it's easy to catch the boat to other parts of the lake from here. I truly enjoyed my stay with Adam and Nelson, who feel like old friends and made me feel very much at home, there are also 4 wonderful furry creatures that I will miss. Don't hesitate to book it, I know I need to come back here again.
