Cozy cabin above the city with spectacular views, minutes from Chugach State Park, 17 min to U-Med. Miles of hiking, Mt. and fat tire biking, snowshoeing, skiing and running trails. Wildlife viewing. Kitchen, bath, and dining area on main floor, ladder access to sleeping loft. W/D, shed for toys. Queen mattress in loft, fold down queen futon in living area. Relax, recharge at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Chugach has adventures to last a lifetime.

The host were amazing. Wendy and David were extremely responsive and accommodating. They brought us bread on our final day and acquiesced to our every request. We highly recommend staying here as the view and privacy are fantastic!

David and Wendy are great. We got one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen in a very long time and they provided snowshoes for a fun outdoor adventure at upper O’Malley trailhead, which was only a two minute drive away! Great location, beautiful view, and very quiet. 10/10 would recommend!

David’s place was such a nice stay in Anchorage. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very accommodating people. Such a cute little place to stay.

This is a very quiet area on a dead end street, roads are plowed and sanded on a regular basis. We plow the driveway but recommend 4wd when there is a snow storm
