Chilkoot Vista is conveniently located in the UMed district. The property also backs to a private lake and is very close to trail systems. The property is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac backing to Reflection lake with a full display of the Chugach mountain range. The space has a large lounge area, eating table, and full kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a meal. There is also a semi-fenced yard for the safety of your furry friends shared with the lower unit. There are two units at this property. Vista is the private upstairs unit.

We loved staying here. It made us feel right at home. The place was super clean. Silas was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.
Felt right at home. Safe, quiet neighborhood, pet friendly, little street traffic. Very welcoming, would definitely stay here again.
This was an amazing place for a weekend get away. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a great stay. The place was clean, spacious, and comfy. The best part was the view of the mountains through the living room windows. We ate our meals there and enjoyed some amazing sunrises. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for two couples. The owners were quick to respond and courteous. If you’re needing a place to stay in Anchorage, check this spot out!

Very close to UAA, and the medical district, with quick access to all parts of Anchorage. Within walking distance of Russian Jack park, and a trail system that ties all of Anchorage together.
