New to AirBnB. Not new to the industry. I've been a Sr. Property Manager for large Multi-family & executive rentals for 16 years and had 2 years prior as General Manager in the hotel industry. let's be honest here. In my career I've had to do alot of traveling. Sure it's exciting going somewhere new, but it's also exhausting at the beginning & the end. The middle is the true vacation. I personally would take a stay-cation over a vacation any day. With that said, my rentals are built for a stay-cation. They are not your typical drop off luggage, munch on microwave dinners and pass out points. My rentals are built with intentions of stay-cation entertainment. This typically includes outdoor & indoor entertainment zones. Fully equipped Parlors/bar rooms, 120 inch projectors for movies & gaming, TVs in all bedrooms, gaming speed Wi-Fi, covered decks, BBQs, Gazebos, Firepits, Cozy gas fireplaces. The kitchens are built for a chef with top of the line everything. Huge dining room viking tables to host games or feed an army. The furniture tailored to be so comfortable you wont want to leave. My rentals allow you to get to your destination, settle in with luxury. Have peace of mind knowing if the weather isnt great you can still have a fantastic day without leaving the rental.
