My Dad and I have just returned from seven nights at Denise's place. We were on a trip down memory lane as Dad had spent time whilst at school in the area. From the moment we arrived the beautiful sunshine on the front verandah, the music and lighting, the gorgeous decor, we knew we were in for a week's relaxation. Denise's place is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and there are lots to do in the Tumut Valley. The weather was perfect. My Dad has Parkinsons with difficulty walking but Denise's place could have been designed just for him. He had no difficulty moving around. I would recommend Denise's place to everyone and if you haven't been to Tumut before you'll love the Valley.

absolutely beautiful house. So clean and comfortable. just like out of a magazine. lots of different seating areas that is perfect for a family or group of friends

Absolutely wonderful house, had a great time staying here. Beautiful rooms, facilities - incredibly styled! Very central to town. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wow! The moment we stepped through the door we knew we had found something very special. The house was so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming feeling. It almost reminded me of an art gallery. It looked amazing in the pictures but even more exquisite in real life. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for the six of us. Denise was an excellent host very responsive and welcoming. It was so nice to arrive after a long drive with the lights, air con on and soft music on. The complimentary gifts were a lovely touch. Beds were comfortable and good quality linen. Great location. Quiet and close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didnt really want to leave. Definitely recommend. Cant wait to visit again.

Our group of 6 adults found this the perfect place to stay for a lovely weekend. Each queen bedroom has its own bathroom and space. Plus another bathroom in the laundry area. Lovely sitting room and lounge and a spot on front. And back deck. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was great and the round dining table perfect for a long dinner. A short walk to the centre of town and down to the river. We all enjoyed our time at Denise’s house. Highly recommend ☺️
