This is a pleasant and memorable journey at Karl's amazing house. The house is build next to paddy, very very beautiful view. The location is nearby Pai airport, motorbike will help a lot. We just stay one night, but the place is worth to stay more times to enjoy the food, view and some outdoor activities. Wish you a happy journey at Karl's house.

A beautiful castle on a beautiful location! The pictures attached do not even describe the fantastic atmosphere of the house. A private pool with an amazing view on the scenery of Pai, a gigantic dinner table, chandeliers and even a tower with two single beds. Fantastic. We did not had the chance to meet Karl-Heinz in person, but we did meet up with his wife. She was very helpful and hospitable, she picked us up from the airport and even arranged a barbecue for the night-time. Important to tell is that the apartment is located outside the city center of Pai, which can only be reached by own transport.

I'll start by saying that Karl-Heinz was the most caring and considerate host that we've ever encountered- and we have been travelling the world for years. His home is beautifully decorated and everything is new and in perfect condition. Coomunication with Karl-Heinz is world-class! There were a few times that we needed to call him for a quick repair and for general help, and he was there only minutes after the phone call, smiling and happy to help. What a pleasure to stay here. The area is quite remote, so you'll want a car or motorbike to go into town, which is a 3-5 minute drive. There's plenty of stores and shops nearby, markets and fresh food and produce everywhere. I can't say enough about Karl-Heinz as an incredible host and a genuinely great person. What we will miss most about Pai is Karl-Heinz himself:) You won't be disappointed with this rental!
