A newly constructed spacious private villa in a secure gated community amidst the Assagao forest offering peace and tranquility with ultra-modern amenities and a private pool. Caretaker will be available from 9:30am till 5:30PM Nested between the paddy fields of Parra and the fishing village of Siolim, Assagao unveils the verdure of Goa's conserved forest areas with tall trees spanning hundreds of years that house species of hornbills, sunbirds and butterflies. The property is centrally located should you choose to visit Vagator beach (20 mins) or travel further north to the white sand beaches of Mandrem and Ashvem (30 mins). Bedrooms All our three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with the ground floor in closer proximity to the garden, and the master bedroom with an attached balcony and the foyer right outside the guest bedroom. Comfortable double beds and dark window sheers ensure uninterrupted sleep. A flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom and another guest bedroom. Living Area The villa opens into a spacious living-dining area with Wifi & Tata sky for those who need to remain connected. Access to the garden and private pool is through the living area. Make the most of this private outdoor space to relax in the lounge chairs or have a drink by the pool. Housekeeping & Services The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. Housekeeping includes cleaning the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with a GENSET in case of a power outage (frequent in Goa). We can’t wait to have you experience a stay in our home! NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail of the monthly discount, water, electricity, laundry of linen & towels and GENSET bills are charged as per the actual bills, in addition to the room rate. We collect 30,000 INR or security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against these.
