Our brand new modern fashionable villa is located in the charming neighbourhood of Parra (featured in many movies) , only a few minutes from the famous restaurants of Goa, in Assagao (gunpowder, Mustard, Tamil table, etc) and 10-15 minutes from the action of Anjuna and Vagator. All the amenities required for an extended stay are available (fully equipped kitchen, dryer, washing machine, GENSET). Enjoy an evening by the private pool or on the roof terrace, this villa won't disappoint you. LOCATION The spacious 3BHK Villa is ideal for families and friends. The villa is in the very popular locality of Parra - 5 to 10 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olives, Burger Factory, Sublime, etc.). It is 15 to 20 mins from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute, Baga etc). BEDROOMS The ground floor has a guest bedroom with attached bathroom and direct access to the pool. A flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom and another guest bedroom, both with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large private balcony and is extremely spacious. LIVING AREA The villa opens into spacious living-dining area with Wifi & Smart TV for those who need to remain connected. Access to the garden and private pool is through the living area. Make the most of this private outdoor space to relax in the lounge chairs or have a drink by the pool. At the end of the day head to the roof terrace to read a book with a view over the natural surroundings. We can’t wait to have you experience a stay in our home! HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa). NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail the monthly discount, the water, electricity, laundry of linen & towels and GENSET bills are charged as per the actual bills, additionally to the room rate. We collect Rs.30,000/- security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against all of these.
