Ken’s responsiveness before/during/after our 9-day stay, anticipating our needs, & going the extra mile with his wife made the place for us home away from home. After a long & busy day, retiring to the privacy of your own room recharges, at same time the community-oriented common spaces encourages interaction among guests. Appreciate the living rules are simple & direct which everyone respected & followed: treat the place as your own home.

Ken is indeed a super host. The place is comfy and reflects sir Ken's engineering skills and with some suggestions given to sir Ken, the place will become even more superb. The place is accessible to nice destinations in Ilocos Sur.

A great place to stay with a great host. The rooms were comfortable and the public spaces were spacious and tidy. The kitchen was complete and we managed to make ourselves breakfast. The rooms had comfortable beds and the toiletries were a nice touch. Ken was a welcoming host and was very responsive to our requests. He made sure we were comfortable until we checked out.
